L’ÉCOLE Middle East has commenced operations with 13 public courses and its first regional exhibition, ‘Gold and Treasures: 3000 Years of Chinese Ornaments’. Running from 26th April to 10th August, the exhibition features 100 masterpieces from the Mengdiexuan Collection, one of Hong Kong’s premier private art collections, highlighting three millennia of Chinese goldsmithing. The exhibition also includes crystal and gold nuggets from the L’ÉCOLE collection, emphasizing the natural beauty of these precious materials.

Courses at L’ÉCOLE Middle East offer an in-depth exploration of jewelry design, art, history, and craftsmanship. Guided by expert instructors and industry professionals, students gain valuable insights into the world of jewelry arts. The new campus, designed by Constance Guisset, reflects L’ÉCOLE’s values of craftsmanship, heritage, and creativity.

In a significant philanthropic effort, L’ÉCOLE Middle East will donate 100% of the proceeds from its public courses and talks to Dubai Cares, a renowned organization dedicated to improving access to quality education for children and young people in developing countries.

Located in Dubai Design District, the campus design aligns with L’ÉCOLE’s educational philosophy, structured around three foundational pillars:

  • Art History of Jewelry
  • The World of Gemstones
  • Savoir-Faire

This structure ensures a comprehensive and immersive learning experience that deepens students’ appreciation of jewelry arts.

The establishment of L’ÉCOLE Middle East in Dubai underscores the school’s commitment to leveraging the city’s rich cultural diversity to engage a broader audience. This new campus represents a significant step in L’ÉCOLE’s global expansion plan, aiming to enhance its impact in the region and promote the art of jewelry to a wider community.
