The legendary brunch is back with a completely new look
Saffron Brunch 2.0 is back, and it’s bigger and better than ever. Live the weekend with a fine culinary experience, wicked drink stations, around the clock performances that feature dancers, singers & magicians.
Dubai’s most legendary party brunch is back after a year’s hiatus with a brand-new look and even more energy than before. Following a complete refurbishment, brunch-goers can take a booth in the elegant and stylish surroundings of Saffron Brunch 2.0, as the region’s best DJ’s spin chart-topping hits, with each week playing home to a different theme.
Kicking off on Friday 27th August with the very best of the 90s, brunch-goers can sip on a wicked watermelon, bubbling beverage, or secret sauce slushie from one of Saffron’s legendary drink stations and take their pick of cuisines from across the globe with more than 220 dishes to choose from.
From dim sum and seafood to a low and slow BBQ, guests can also enjoy 20 live cooking stations, including meat carving, sushi and maki rolling, noodle soups, Korean BBQ, and the ultimate in dessert stations complete with a chocolate fountain.
After reopening its slicker, chicer doors in January 2021, Saffron’s minimalist makeover was spearheaded by New York-based award-winning designer Jeffrey Beers and features stylish turquoise tones and brass detailing which nod to the surrounding sea.
Diners can also enjoy freshly grown organic herbs and microgreens from the fully-automated kitchen garden as well as Wagyu beef from the restaurant’s meat dry agers.
Saffron Brunch 2.0 starts on Friday 27th August with packages from AED 455 for house beverages and AED 495 for sparkling. 21+.
