Superhero fans, get ready to explore the shadwy world of Gotham city.
As much as Gotham deserves an icon like Batman, he has settled-in at Expo 2020 Dubai for the time being. Expo 2020 Dubai is now hosting the Gotham City Pavilion to coincide with the release of The Batman movie.
Located in the Opportunity District at Expo, the pop-up pavilion transports visitors into the world of Matt Reeves’ Batman film, that stars Robert Pattinson as the Caped Crusader.
The pavilion has already launched and will be open until 21st March, 2022. Take a peek inside the Batcave and decipher the encrypted messages for a chance to win a prize from Batman’s private collection. You can enter to win a variety of collectible posters, movie merchandise, and special edition comics.
Batman Expo pavilion has life-size statues and bat-signal projections that are described as moody and gritty. Visitor-friendly QR codes and an AR lens are available at the workstation. Here visitors can fully immerse themselves in the experience.
The Batcave in the movie was inspired by the underground train station below the Waldorf Astoria in New York City, but Expo 2020 Dubai is your best bet for a piece of Gotham in the UAE. Expo 2020 Dubai has a replica of the Batmobile seen in The Batman, so explore Gotham while you’re there. The iconic Batmobile can be found in the Opportunity District, directly opposite the Gotham City Pavilion on Sunset Avenue.
